Aspiring Leader Capability Suite

The Aspiring Leader Capability Suite is a range of development opportunities designed to prepare Queensland Health employees for successful transition into leadership roles. Aligned to the Leadership Competencies for Queensland at the Team Leader level, the Suite builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to lead self, support others, and navigate the challenges of leadership.

The Suite complements local learning and development offerings, and enables participants to build leadership capability through a multi-day facilitated program, mentoring, peer learning sets, a diagnostic self-assessment, and self-directed learning and resources. It is underpinned by practical learning, evidence-based frameworks, self-reflection, and peer connection.
