About the Centre for Leadership Excellence
The Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE) works in partnership with Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) to consult, co-design and deliver a wide range of programs and solutions focused on building workforce capability and confidence and strengthening workplace culture.
Our programs are available for access by staff at all levels, including management and leadership, and we collaborate with Queensland Health subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is targeted and relevant to the HHSs and QAS contexts.
CLE also provide a business partnering service to help analyse and solve capability and culture challenges. If you’d like our support, please contact us to discuss further, and we will work with you to develop a contextualised solution with sustainable impact.
