Professional Coaching Program

CLE offer a 6-month coaching program to priority cohorts across Queensland Health. The program is currently open to:

  • Queensland Health employees working in rural and remote maternity services.

  • Queensland Health midwifery unit managers.

This professional coaching program is designed to support you in your specific challenges, goals and development areas. It provides a safe and confidential space to explore ideas and strategies with the support of experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping you achieve your best.

The program is delivered by Skillsoft through the Learning Library, and includes:

  • One-on-one focused on your specific leadership challenges, goals and development areas.

  • 6 months of unlimited sessions with an accredited executive coach.

  • Pre and post assessment to measure capability uplift.

  • AI generated practice simulations.

  • Optional unlimited 3-way sessions with your coach and manager to support structured feedback and engagement.
