Professional Coaching Program

CLE offer a 4-month coaching program to priority cohorts across Queensland Health. The program is currently open to:

• Queensland Health employees working in rural and remote maternity services.

• Queensland Health midwifery unit managers.

This professional coaching program is designed to support you in your specific challenges, goals and development areas. It provides a safe and confidential space to explore ideas and strategies with the support of experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping you achieve your best.

The program is delivered by Coaching Centre which includes:

• One-on-one coaching focused on your specific leadership challenges, goals and development areas.

• 6 coaching sessions over 4 months with an accredited executive coach.

• A self-assessment or 180-degree assessment aligned to the Leadership Competencies for Queensland.

Learners will be able to choose a coach that best fits their goals and priorities through a self-matching process.
