Are you a Queensland Health senior or executive leader interested in being a mentor and/or mentee?
You are considered a Senior Leader if you report to an Executive Director or above.
The Senior and Executive Leader Capability Suite is designed to complement and extend on existing local Hospital and Health Service learning and development opportunities and improve the reach and consistency of statewide capability development for senior and executive leaders.
The Senior and Executive Leader Mentoring program provides an opportunity to build connections statewide, as a mentor, a mentee, or both. By pairing leaders across regions, we are strengthening collaboration, broadening perpectives, and creating a more connected leadership community across Queensland Health..
