Senior and Executive Leader Coaching
Are you a Queensland Health senior or executive leader interested in participating in coaching?
You are considered a Senior Leader if you report to an Executive Director or above.
The Senior and Executive Leader Capability Suite is designed to complement and extend on existing local Hospital and Health Service learning and development opportunities and improve the reach and consistency of statewide capability development for senior and executive leaders.
The one-on-one coaching initiative is a 6-month program designed to support you in your specific leadership challenges, goals, and development areas. It provides a safe and confident space to explore ideas and strategies with the support of experienced executive coaches who are dedicated to helping you achieve your best.
