1:1 Coaching Program
One-on-one coaching sessions provide an opportunity to focus on your unique strengths and areas for growth. It is a safe and confidential space to explore ideas and strategies, with the support of experienced executive coaches who are dedicated to helping you achieve your best. All coaches are ICF and/or EMCC certified.
The program is delivered by Skillsoft through the Learning Library, and includes:

One-on-one coaching focused on your specific leadership challenges, goals and development areas.

6 months of unlimited sessions with an accredited executive coach.

Pre and post assessment to measure capability uplift.

AI generated practice simulations

Optional unlimited 3-way sessions with your coach and manager to support structured feedback and engagement.

Learners will be able to choose a coach that best fits their goals and priorities through a self-matching process.
What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?

Coaching is a structured approach focused on achieving specific skills, behaviours, and/or goals.

Mentoring is a longer-term arrangement and less structured, focused on holistic career development and guidance.
Eligibility
-
You must be a Queensland Health senior or executive leader (e.g., DSO/HSO/SO and above), employed in a permanent or temporary capacity in a Queensland Health hospital or health facility or with Queensland Ambulance Service. You are considered a Senior Leader if you report to an Executive Director or above.

Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 coaching sessions a month.

As this SOA has expired, this catalogue is to be used as a guide. Please follow your own procurement processes to engage a coach.
