Aspire To Lead is a four-month interactive development program for Queensland Health employees preparing to transition into a team leader role. Through facilitated learning, workplace application, self-reflection, and peer engagement, learners will develop the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to step into leadership.

Program Objectives

  • Practice the application of leadership skills, knowledge, and frameworks in a supported environment.

  • Build networks with peers and undertake a leadership project as part of the program.
