A structured 6-month mentoring journey that supports the transition from individual contributor to confident, capable leader. The program includes tailored mentor-mentee matching, onboarding workshops, and ongoing guidance to ensure a supported, engaging experience.

Mentees set SMART goals based on their strengths and growth areas, while mentors strengthen their own leadership through reflection, coaching practice, and empowering emerging talent.

Program Objectives

  • Support aspiring leaders in successfully transitioning from individual contributor to team leader.

  • Build a sustainable culture of leadership development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

  • Build practical leadership skills, such as communication, influencing, and team building, skills they can apply immediately.
