The Project Management Assistant (PaM) is a framework that provides a flexible step by step process for managing a project. Resources include templates, videos and how-to instructions.

With a focus on application, Maximising Project Outcomes covers project management skills, including change management, stakeholder engagement and project evaluation, and links closely to a project framework contextualised to allow successful delivery of projects within the healthcare system.

Program objectives

  • Understand a project management framework and apply project management tools

  • Explore the essential skills for leading projects and when to apply different leaderships styles

  • Understand the ADKAR Change Model by identifying resistance to change, differences in perspectives and support stakeholders through the change journey

  • Write an evaluation plan and identify different strategies for using and sharing evaluation findings
