The Supporting Your Wellbeing program supports you to understand, manage and maintain your wellbeing. You will learn practical strategies to support your wellbeing at home and work.

Program objectives

  • Build understanding of personal wellbeing and the factors that influence mental health at work and home.

  • Strengthen the ability to recognise early signs of stress and reduced wellbeing, and know when and how to take action.

  • Develop practical resilience and self-care strategies to support sustained wellbeing.

  • Build awareness and capability in mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques to support focus, calm and emotional regulation.
