These processes relate to Statewide and eLearning enrolments only.

Before a course
Steps

Once you have chosen the course you wish to attend on QHEPS, click the ‘Access’ button.

Log into the Learning Library.

Once logged into the Learning Library, you will be taken to the course welcome page. Click the ‘Register’ button for the applicable date.

Within the text, follow the 'Click here' hyperlink to download the participant guide.

Click 'Add to Calendar' to add the registered class to an outlook calendar. (NOTE: A calendar appointment automatically sends)
You are now registered in the course and will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes.
Please be sure to open and accept the calendar appointment that has been sent to your QH email.
Steps

Calendar Appointment:
The calendar invitation you receive upon registering for the course contains pre-activity details, workbooks, and the workshop access link. -
QHEPS Statewide Programs:
Navigate to this site, find your registered course, and click on the ‘Resources’ tab. -
Learning Library:
After logging in, search for the course you are enrolled in. Find the 'Workbook - Course Name' link and click on it. Click on 'Launch' and follow the download prompts in QHEPS.

Contact leadership@health.qld.gov.au and request to be added to the waitlist. You’ll receive an email notification when new cohorts are available, or spots open up.
During a course
Steps
You can change to a different cohort through the Learning Library. Follow the steps below:

Log into the Learning Library.

Click the ‘My Learning’.
-
Click on 'Live learning'.
-
Select the course that you are wanting to change bookings for.
-
Click the ‘Cancel registration’ button.
-
Click ‘Confirm’ when confirmation box appears.

To register for a new cohort, view the upcoming classes from the same menu.
-
To join another cohort, check the date that suits you and if there’s availability click ‘Register’.
You are now registered in the new cohort and will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes.
You have now successfully cancelled your place in that cohort.
Please be sure to open and accept the calendar appointment that has been sent to your QH email.
Steps
You can withdraw from a program/workshop through the Learning Library. Follow the steps below:

Log into the Learning Library.

Click the ‘My Learning’.

Click on 'Live learning'.
-
Select the course that you are wanting to change bookings for.

Click the ‘Cancel registration’ button.

Click ‘Confirm’ when confirmation box appears.
You have now successfully cancelled your place in that cohort.
After a course
Steps
You can access your certificate through The Learning Library.

Log into The Learning Library.
-
Click on ‘Certification Center'.
-
Scroll down to 'My Certifications' and see your recently completed courses.
eLearning
Yes, you can use your mobile device to complete the course. You do not need any specific software or hardware.
If you are unable to complete the course in one sitting, you can track your progress and log back into The Learning Library at any time to continue where you left off.

On the Home page navigate to 'Recent Learning' and click on the course you would like to continue working on.

You can repeat any part of the course again by just selecting a module in the course. There is no need to re-enrol.

Log into the Learning Library.

Click on Library in the left navigation menu.

Search through the menu and find the course you would like to take.
-
Select the course you would like to take and select 'Start course'.
Steps
You can access your certificate through The Learning Library.

Log into The Learning Library.
-
Click on ‘Certification Center'.
-
Scroll down to 'My Certificatations' and see your recently completed courses.
There is no cost to complete an eLearning course.
You can access the knowledge base by selecting 'help' in left hand navigation bar and then selecting the knowledge base.

You can read more by searching for the course on our QHEPS page and reading the course information page. This includes course objectives, prerequisities, assessments and time commitments.

Ensure you have a working headphone set plugged in (try unplugging and replugging them).

Check you have not turned off the audio setting in the course

Check volume settings on your device.

Ensure your browser is up to date or try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Refresh the course page or restart the browser and/ or device to see if this resolves the issue.
Possible solutions:

You will require a strong internet connection to complete eLearning courses. If using Wi-Fi try a wired internet connection.

We recommend using Microsoft Edge.

If using a hand-held/mobile device please try using a laptop or desktop computer.
