Offering multi-disciplinary teams the opportunity to further develop communication and collaborative skills, the ALICE (Maternity Services) program is inclusive for all staff who contribute to the delivery of best-practice maternity services.

Program objectives

• Explore strategies to build effective communication, trust and rapport in a team

• Build improved skills in making robust decisions as a team
