Bringing Health Service Senior Leadership Teams together to explore why culture matters and how it is possible to change culture in a complex system, Building Culture explores the current culture state, and supports leaders to actively shape a desired future through developing an actionable plan for improving culture, and understanding responsibilities for facilitating change.
