Supporting First Nation staff to grow and develop in their current position or towards a future leadership role, the First Nations Leadership program builds on learner's unique strengths and experiences to reinforce cultural awareness, navigate the challenges and opportunities within the health sector and their communities, and identify their role as Indigenous Leaders and a personalised development path for the future.
