Examining our role as leaders to create and maintain a high-performance team, High Performing Teams is a highly interactive workshop providing insight into building individual performance, the neuroscience of safety, practical steps to create psychological safety in teams, influencing and coaching for improved team performance, the barriers to team performance, and how to work together as a group to brainstorm strategies to address these barriers.

Program objectives

  • Understand the performance equation and identify barriers to performance

  • Identify key strategies to create high performing teams

  • Explore the neuroscience of psychological safety and how to build psychologically safe teams

  • Practice coaching conversations
