Providing you with practical skills and techniques to build engagement, balance the demands of multiple stakeholders and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in a healthcare setting, Maximising Stakeholder Relationships will guide you through the application of a variety of approaches, including communication models to build trust, enhance stakeholder relationships and effectively influence stakeholders to align goals, objectives, and priorities.
