Providing learners with an understanding of how different personality types can impact leadership styles, relationships, and performance within a team environment. Personality and Performance Culture is an engaging workshop that explores your pivotal role as a leader in creating a team culture that prioritises learning and enables high performance.

Program objectives

  • Understand the impact of personality on leadership styles, and identify leadership strengths and blind spots

  • Examine how to adapt leadership styles to bring out the best in others

  • Explore strategies for creating connection to strategy, setting boundaries and building psychologically safety to shape team performance.
