Coaching Circles
Senior and Executive Leader Coaching Circles bring together experienced leaders to explore complex leadership challenges, strengthen strategic thinking, and accelerate professional growth through structured peer coaching and reflective practices.
Working in small, confidential groups, learners draw on the collective wisdom and experience of their peers to examine real workplace opportunities and challenges. Through facilitated conversations, leaders gain fresh perspectives, challenge assumptions, enhance decision-making, and develop practical approaches that can be applied in their own organisational context.
All sessions are held virtually and delivered by accredited facilitators.

Eligibility
You must be a senior or executive leader (e.g., DSO/HSO/SO and above), employed in a permanent or temporary capacity in Queensland Health . You are considered a Senior Leader if you report to an Executive Director or above.
Before registering, please ensure you seek support from your supervisor/manager.
Time commitment
Approximately 2 hours every month, across 8 months.
Sessions require active engagement, reflective practice, and a willingness to contribute to the learning of fellow leaders.
