Self-directed Learning and Resources

Self-directed learning and resources are available to all employees through the CLE Learning Library.

An example of the self-directed learning and resources targeted towards Senior and Executive leaders will include the Leadership Development Program powered by MIT Sloan Management Review.

This pre-curated program includes a broad range of multi-modal learning content across three subject areas:

  • Leading yourself

  • Leading your team and

  • Leading the business.

Within these 3 subject areas, you'll find self-directed learning and resources across more than 30 channels designed to help you build leadership mindsets and skillsets, and help your team unlock their full potential and deliver results.

Example courses include:

  • Preparing your organisation for a generative future

  • Balancing change and continuity during a transformation

  • Use workplace analytics to build trust and empower employees
