Developed to support effective conversations with team members, patients/consumers, families, and the community. Conversations that Make a Difference will also build capability and confidence for effective performance management conversations.

Program Objectives

  • Explore different types of conversations.

  • Outline barriers to engaging in conversations and how to overcome them.

  • Builds skills and confidence to have successful conversations.

  • Practice conversations.

  • Provides tips, tools, and checklists for having effective conversations.

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
