Providing practical tools and techniques to produce professional communication for a range of purposes and audiences, Effective Writing Skills will enable learners to write structured, high quality and engaging written communication.

Program Objectives

  • Outline why effective writing is important in the workplace

  • Identify the key elements of a structured writing process

  • Apply the writing process to a range of documents, including emails and briefs

  • Prepare and tailor your writing to your audience needs

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
