Supporting leaders to have a greater impact with their teams by adopting a coaching mindset during conversations, Essential Coaching Skills will step through a coaching framework and core coaching skills which can be applied in the workplace to foster the performance, growth and learning ability of others.

Program Objectives

  • Identify what coaching is and why it is important

  • Recognise the coaching mindset

  • Apply coaching conversations skills, including using powerful questions

  • Practice using a structured coaching framework

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
