A multi-disciplinary program designed to meet the foundational leadership needs of leaders, Step Up Leadership Program develops and strengthens the skills needed to supervise and motivate staff, lead change and provide effective leadership within a healthcare team.

Program Objectives

  • Learn how to lead high performing teams

  • Understand your own leadership style and the impact it has on others

  • Increase your ability to influence and coach for improvement performance

  • Communicate more effectively with colleagues, staff and patients

  • Effectively manage workload for increased clinical efficiencies

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
