This program/course is accessed via the CLE Learning Library. If you have not previously accessed this resource, you may be required to complete some questions to help support you use the platform. Assisting learners to cultivate practices that support well-being and help to thrive in the workplace, Wellbeing & Resilience explores the meaning of resilience, key ingredients for building resilience, and helpful techniques to re-set. Learners will develop a resilience plan and understand how to access additional support and resources in the workplace.

Program Objectives

  • Explore and unpack the meaning of resilience

  • Learn how we respond to stress

  • Understand how to cultivate a resilience lifestyle

  • Look at the key ingredients for building resilience

  • Know when to acknowledge that more support is needed

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
