Designed to support leaders to ensure our workplaces are safe, healthy, and productive, Wellbeing Leadership introduces the COPE framework for communicating with team members about their wellbeing and provides practical tools to support a positive and supportive team culture.

Program Objectives

  • Explore the meaning of compassionate and supportive leadership

  • Enhance your understanding of the signs of stress in yourself and others

  • Step through the C.O.P.E framework and the strategies you can deploy to make a difference in times of stress

  • Practice using the C.O.P.E framework in conversations about wellbeing

  • Understand key services and resources available to offer further support

This program is offered statewide through the Centre for Leadership Excellence and may also be offered locally through your HHS/QAS
