Partnering with Unions
On commencement, your new employee's name, position title and workplace location may be provided to a relevant union for the purposes of providing the union with the opportunity to discuss with you the benefits of union membership. It’s important that you are aware that Queensland Health recognises employees’ entitlement to join a registered union, and encourages membership. Union Consultative forums occur regularly within your HHS – ask your leader for further information on this.
