SAP HR

SAP HR is the system used in the payroll unit. It gathers data from myHR and also manual data entry by payroll staff. This system is used to pay staff and has strict deadlines on when forms and requests need to be received.

Data from SAP HR feeds back to systems like DSS and myHR so you can check your team's establishment details so you can make any corrections or be aware of any pending amendments you may have to make.

myHR

myHR is an online self-service tool that enables all employees to submit and track the status of forms and update their personal information. Line Manager's have the added benefit of being able to approve and track forms while supporting enhanced staffing and organisational structure management – all online.

Forms can be paper based (located in PARIS), electronic (generated in myHR) or a smart form (generated in myHR with no payroll processing required).

As a line manager you can:

  • Submit forms (yours and on behalf of your employees)

  • Access reports

  • Manage and review your establishment.

You will have a local Business System Administrator (BSA) who can assist you.

Note

If you have locked your myHR account:

Integrated Workforce Management Program (IWFM)

IWFM is the program designed to coordinate rostering, payroll and workforce management. WFM is the system used to manage these processes within each HHS.

Line managers will automatically be granted access to the Rostering System (WFM (IWFM), previously known as Workbrain).

This will provide direct access to full rostering information about their workforce, including:

  • Timesheets – view employee’s roster and any adjustments that have been processed by payroll transactional services

  • Reports – a host of reports including:

    • Daily Staffing Variance Form (DSVF)

    • Published Schedule Report

    • Employee Balance Report

    • Leave Takings Report.

Note

IWFMis accessed in the Roster My Team tile through your myHR dashboard.
