A diagnostics assessment allows you to increase self-awareness, identify strengths and areas of opportunity, and create actionable development plans, leading to greater leadership effectiveness and fostering a more positive and productive work environment.

The Centre for Leadership Excellence are accredited in The Life Styles Inventory (LSI), which gives you balancing perceptions between your intentions and the resulting impact. You will be sent a diagnostic assessment via email, to be completed at your own pace. Once completed, you will be contacted to organise a debrief session.
