Action Learning
Action learning engages learners in real-world problems through a cycle of action and reflection. Working in small groups of five to seven, learners collaborate, challenge assumptions, and support one another as they apply their learning to practical issues, building both individual capability and collective problem-solving capacity.
All sessions are held virtually by trained Action Learning facilitators.

Space for reflective learning and personal insight.
-
Practical learning that can be applied directly in the workplace.
