Wellbeing conversations

R U OK? Is an Australian suicide prevention charity and registered health promotion that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times.

As leaders we can use the R U OK? ALEC approach as a practical framework to help grow supportive conservations with employees and respond with empathy, confidence and care.
